The complete employer checklist

   Create your account

   Passwords must be 8–72 characters. Use a longer, unique password with a mix of letters, numbers and symbols. Confirm that you are at least 18 and accept the Terms and Privacy Policy.

   Confirm your email

   Check your inbox and spam folder for the account confirmation email. Follow the confirmation link, then continue to your employer dashboard. If your account is already confirmed, continue straight to your company profile.

3. 03

   Build your company profile

   Company name and website are required. Add an About description, industry, size, founding year, contact email and locations. Save with Create company. You can then add an optional logo (up to 2 MB) and cover (up to 5 MB), plus details of a structured internship program. Website autofill is available when enabled; review its suggestions before saving.

   Verify your company domain

   Select Get DNS record, then add the supplied TXT record at your website’s root domain: type TXT, host @, and the exact value shown in your account. Select Check DNS once it has propagated. This may take up to 48 hours. Keep the record in place after verification. The sample token in this tour is illustrative.

5. 05

   Verify your work email

   This step unlocks after domain verification. Use an email address on that verified company domain, select Send code, and enter the six-digit code within 10 minutes. This check is separate from your account confirmation link.

   Verify your mobile number

   Enter an SMS-capable mobile number and select Send code. Indian numbers work without +91; add the country code for international numbers. Enter the six-digit SMS code within 10 minutes. Landlines, VoIP and toll-free numbers are not accepted. Your verified mobile is private and must be unique to your company.

   Get your company approved

   After domain, work email and mobile verification, select Submit for review. Your company enters Pending review. Check your company status for the admin’s decision. Approval unlocks listing creation. If changes are requested, update your profile and resubmit. Review time varies.

8. 08

   Start with your free plan

   No paid upgrade is required to start. The default free plan includes two listings in Pending review or Active status combined. Check Billing for your current limits and Pricing for available upgrades. Plan limits apply when submitting a listing for review.

9. 09

   Create your first job draft

   After company approval, open Listings and create a new internship listing. Complete the role title, description, function, work arrangement and location, compensation, dates and duration, skills, eligibility and application settings. Save with Create draft, then preview it. A saved draft is not public.

10. 10

    Submit, get approved, go live

    From your saved draft, select Submit for review. The listing becomes Pending review and counts toward your plan limit. An admin must approve it before it becomes Active and accepts interest. If rejected, make changes and resubmit. Once active, manage interest in Applicants and mark the role filled when hiring is complete.
