Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of storytelling, and a passion for technology. You will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience.

Responsibilities:

1. Edit video content to a high standard for various digital platforms including YouTube, our website, and social media channels.
2. Collaborate with our content creation team to develop engaging video content that complements our written and visual content.
3. Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video editing, including sound editing, graphic design, and final rendering.
4. Work closely with the team to understand project scope and objectives.
5. Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
6. Maintain and manage digital assets, raw footage, and edited materials.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques; and incorporate these into your work.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Cinematography or related field.
2. Proven work experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
3. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer.
4. Knowledge of special effects, 3D and compositing.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
8. Passion for technology and familiarity with the tech industry is a plus.
